Online Returns and Exchange Policies:

If merchandise is returned, as sold, together with the original receipt, we are happy to refund within 14 days or Exchange within 28 days. A Gift Receipt entitles the holder to an exchange/credit note only. Reduced price merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt for a refund/exchange/credit note. All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. An exchange/credit note may be given at the current retail price if the original receipt is not available. For safety and hygiene reasons, our exchange/refund policy does not extend to a small number of products, such as earrings. Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Deposits are available in stores but not online. Please note that any information stated on this page refers to our ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Promotional T&C's

Regarding Promotional Vouchers/Codes/Offers: Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/can only be used on full priced items. One voucher per transaction when redeeming. Cannot be used in Kilkenny Restaurants/Cafés or for purchase of gift cards or in Kilkenny Stores if voucher/promotion/offer is of an online nature. Minimum spends often required (excludes delivery charge when redeeming online).

 

Payment/Cancellation Information

Your credit/debit card or PayPal account is tendered on placement of your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by phone on 021-4308392 or by email to info@kilkennygroup.com and quote your name and order number within 24 hours of order placement. 

 

Delivery Details

Ireland, UK and Wider Europe: When ordering from Ireland, UK and wider Europe your order will be sent via GLS couriers and will require a signature on delivery. GLS will attempt delivery first and if no-one is home or the house/office/building cannot be located the courier will then call you on the contact number provided by you on your order. It is useful to give a mobile number when placing your order. GLS will deliver Monday - Friday in business hours so a delivery address where someone is present during these hours is recommended, this may be a work/business address. 

USA, Canada, Australia and Rest of World: When ordering from USA, Canada, Australia and Rest of World your order will be sent via An Post Couriers, the parcel/box is then passed on to the national postal service in the country of destination. A signature is usually required on delivery. If no-one is home to sign for the delivery there should be a note/card left at your home/office/building to state that an attempted delivery has been made, giving you the details required to organise collection at a local depot or re-delivery.

Cooling Off Period

When you make a purchase from Kilkennyshop.com you have a cooling off period of 14 days, starting from the day you receive your purchase. Before the end of the 14 days you can cancel your order and return the goods for a refund. If you cancel your order because you change your mind about the purchase you will be expected to pay for the cost of returning the goods. The returns address can be found below:
