To avoid any confusion, Kilkenny believes that it is in your interest to understand how the wedding list process works
- You will be notified regularly of purchases made from your wedding list
- Kilkenny will exchange or gift voucher duplicate items purchased from your wedding list
- Refunds cannot be given on the return of items
- Kilkenny Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date, however they must be treated like cash. This is useful if saving towards a large purchase. It might be a good idea to highlight these on you list as an alternative gift
- Under the Data Protection Act, Kilkenny guarantees that your address will not appear on additional database lists
- Duplications will happen occasionally, but Kilkenny assures you that this will be rectified immediately
- Kilkenny cannot guarantee that a product will be in stock. However, we will put it on order and contact the guest on arrival
