Founded in 2015 by husband and wife Julie + Owen Mc Loughlin, Jando are a multi award winning printmaking studio based in Dublin, Ireland. Combining cinematic perspective and their love of architecture with a pop culture sensibility, Jando’s work is exciting and modern, with a strong emphasis placed on kineticism and the playful use of colour. Description: One of the first things you see when flying into Dublin, and standing at over 680 feet tall, the chimneys are among the tallest and most recognisable structures on the Dublin skyline. Our Poolbeg Chimneys print captures perfectly the vibrancy of the iconic Dublin chimney stacks in our distinctly vivid style.

  2. Description: The Giant's Causeway is an area of about 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, the result of an ancient volcanic fissure eruption. It is located in County Antrim on the north coast of Northern Ireland, about three miles northeast of the town of Bushmills. The tops of the columns form stepping stones that lead from the cliff foot and disappear under the sea. Most of the columns are hexagonal, although there are also some with four, five, seven or eight sides. The tallest are about 12 metres high, and the solidified lava in the cliffs is 28 metres thick in places.

  3. Description: Located right in the heart of Dublin City Centre stands the majestic Trinity College Dublin. A beautiful mix of both classic and modern architecture is found on the campus but our Trinity College print depicts the classic Campanile bell tower, one of the campuses most iconic structures. The Campanile consists of a round chamber surrounded by four columns that each represent law, science, medicine and divinity. Rumour has it any student who walks under the bell tower while it’s ringing will fail our exams, but we’ve yet to meet anyone brave enough to test that out!

  4. Description: Guarding the entrance to Howth Harbour is the distinctive Howth Harbour Lighthouse with it’s signature Georgian house attached. The building is steeped in history having served as lighthouse from 1818, a lighthouse keeper’s residence until the introduction of electricity in 1955, a defensive stronghold taking advantage of it’s strong circular wall and it was even used as a landing point for weapons for the Irish Volunteers by author Erskine Childers in 1914.

  5. Description: The Cliffs of Moher are sea cliffs located at the southwestern edge of the Burren region in County Clare, Ireland. At their southern end, they rise 120 metres above the Atlantic Ocean at Hag's Head, and, eight kilometres to the north, reach their maximum height of 214 metres just north of O'Brien's Tower, a round stone tower near the midpoint of the cliffs, built in 1835 by Sir Cornelius O'Brien. From the cliffs, and from atop the tower, visitors can see the Aran Islands in Galway Bay, the Maumturks and Twelve Pins mountain ranges to the north in County Galway, and Loop Head to the south.

Description: Located in the Phoenix Park (one of Europe’s largest designed urban spaces) and standing at 62 metres (203 ft) tall, The Wellington Monument in Phoenix Park is the tallest obelisk in Europe. Built to commemorate the victories of the ‘Iron Duke’ Arthur Wellesley, Duke of Wellington, who was born in either county Meath or Dublin. Each face contains bronze plaque cast from cannons captured at Waterloo. Originally planned to be located in Merrion Square, it was built in the Phoenix Park after opposition from the square's residents.

  16. Description: The Phoenix Park measures 1,752 acres and is 5 times bigger than Hyde Park in London and twice the size of Central Park in New York City. Our Phoenix park print depicts the Wellington Monument which at 205 feet tall is the tallest obelisk in Europe. It was built to commemorate the victories of the Duke of Wellington who was born in Dublin and it would have been even taller and even more ornate, with plans for a statue of the Duke of Wellington on horseback were it not for funding shortages. Anyone who has visited The Phoenix Park will recognise the monument instantly.
