For the grand finale, why not try our mouth-watering no-bake chocolate orange tart recipe. Plus it’s sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free too! 

Ingredients:

Base:
300g Ground Almonds
110g Dried dates
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
Pinch of Salt

Filling:
150g Dried dates
Zest and juice of 2 oranges
350g Honey
100g Vegetable Oil
300g Cocoa powder

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare 10 mini tartlet cases with greaseproof spray.
Step 2: Soak the dried dates in boiling water for approx. 15min.
Step 3: Add all ingredients for the base, including drained dates into a food processor and blitz until combined.
Step 4: Press into the tartlet cases to make a base for the filling.
Step 5: Drain the dates for the filling and add the rest of the ingredients to a food processor. Blitz until smooth.
Step 6: Spoon the mixture into the bases evenly.
Step 7: Decorate tarts with segmented oranges and fresh fruit of your choice.
