Compiling your list
Kilkenny advise that you create your list 12 weeks before your wedding date. We recommend that you come in for your complimentary consultation and avail of our vast experience. We understand that this can be a stressful time for you but please don’t worry, as your list can be amended at any stage.

Price Changes
During the time that your list is active, we may have events or promotions that can affect the price. If this should be the case, your guests are invited to avail of the lower price.

Delivery
At Kilkenny we are flexible to your requirements. After you return from your honeymoon your wedding consultant will meet with you to discuss what is remaining on the list, issue you with your gift vouchers and agree if your gifts will be collected or delivered.

Returns and Refunds
Kilkenny would be happy to provide you with an exchange or gift voucher for the value of a returned wedding gift. Unfortunately refunds are not provided in this case. Items will only be exchanged if they are current season stock and not discontinued.
