Kilkenny advise that you create your Wedding Registry 12 weeks before your wedding day.
The first step in completing your wedding registry is to set up a consultation with one of our experienced wedding representatives. You will be assigned your very own Wedding Co-ordinator, who will assist you in choosing the items that best suit your requirements. Once you are happy with your list, it can be made available for your guests to view. We look forward to playing our part in providing you with a fabulous selection of gifts from our crystal, pottery and giftware ranges.
- You will be notified regularly of purchases made from your wedding list
- Kilkenny will exchange or gift voucher duplicate items purchased from your wedding list
- Refunds cannot be given on the return of items
- Kilkenny Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date, however they must be treated like cash. This is useful if saving towards a large purchase. It might be a good idea to highlight these on you list as an alternative gift
- Under the Data Protection Act, Kilkenny guarantees that your address will not appear on additional database lists
- Duplications will happen occasionally, but Kilkenny assures you that this will be rectified immediately
- Kilkenny cannot guarantee that a product will be in stock. However, we will put it on order and contact the guest on arrival

Price Changes
During the time that your list is active, we may have events or promotions that can affect the price. If this should be the case, your guests are invited to avail of the lower price.
Delivery
At Kilkenny we are flexible to your requirements. After you return from your honeymoon your wedding consultant will meet with you to discuss what is remaining on the list, issue you with your gift vouchers and agree if your gifts will be collected or delivered.
Returns and Refunds
Kilkenny would be happy to provide you with an exchange or gift voucher for the value of a returned wedding gift. Unfortunately refunds are not provided in this case. Items will only be exchanged if they are current season stock and not discontinued.
